The Ontario Problem Gambling Helpline provides service in English and French.

If you don’t speak English or French, we will access a translation service for you.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Call us at 1-888-230-3505
  2. Identify your language
  3. Participate in a three-way call with a translator

We can provide service in over 170 languages, including Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Vietnamese, Greek, Polish, Russian, and Serbian.

Multilingual Problem Gambling Services

Are you concerned about your own gambling of the gambling of someone you care about? Do you prefer to communicate in a language other than English?

A network of trained professionals is available to provide culturally competent problem gambling support and treatment services to individuals and family members. These services are available in many languages, and can be reached through toll-free numbers. Services are free and confidential.

Agencies are also welcome to contact this network, called the Multilingual Problem Gambling Service, for consultation purposes.
